XO is revolutionizing the private aviation industry by combining data intelligence with distinct, elevated service to allow you to reach anywhere in the world, anytime, just by reaching for a mobile device. Built on 20 years of innovation and skill, XO is the world’s premier aviation network.   The Ground Experience Representative role will support not only our clients at the FBO, but also our crew members. The Ground Experience Representative arrive at the FBO in advance of a flight, ensure all catering has been delivered per specifications, meet and greet clients at the FBO, coordinate ground transportation arrangements, and assist crew members with restocking of aircraft or service related requests. In the event of irregular operations such as delayed flights, the Ground Experience Representative will assist clients with alternate arrangements.   In addition to service related functions, the Ground Experience Representative will observe all K9 bag searches conducted by contract vendors.   To be successful in this role, the Ground Experience Representative must be a self-motivated multitasker able to work with no supervision. The Ground Experience Representative will have exceptional interpersonal skills and exhibit grace under pressure while providing members with white-glove customer service.   This is a Part Time position with non-traditional hours. Hourly rate: $20.00
