Your Responsibilities

  • Integrate data governance-by-design and privacy-by-design into Enterprise Architecture including establishing how data pipelines operate, defining technical and business characteristics of the managed data, and prioritizing privacy and data protection at the design phase.
  • Develop core reporting systems, prioritize analytics requests, centralize core metrics definitions, and establish a world-class data governance framework.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to deliver a reliable and accessible data & metrics ecosystem.
  • Take ownership of data visualization to ensure core metrics are easily accessible, accurate, well-defined.
  • Deliver data tools or automation solutions to minimize ad-hoc requests and need for ad-hoc analysis.
  • Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
  • Telecommuting/Work From Home within the U.S. is acceptable.
  • Quarterly travel to domestic and international sites to aid project delivery and team building.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Master's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field and 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Analytics Manager, or in a similar role;
  • As alternative: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field and 7 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Analytics Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Google Analytics, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • APIs, data integrations, and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Data platform architectures for complex critical transactional and analytical systems.
  • Leading data-driven projects, managing growing teams, and prioritizing business decisions by leveraging insights and data tools.
  • Collaborating across data engineering, analytics/data science, and cross-functional stakeholders (including C-suite) in product and finance.
  • MarTech tools (ex. A/B Test Platforms, Consumer Identity management, customer data platforms, tag management platforms, data management platforms, customer experience analytics platforms, web analytics tools and customer feedback platforms).
  • This position is paying up to $170,000 per annum. 

 

This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
